Have you wanted to learn how to make your own clothes, or simple items around the house? Join us for an intro to sewing class where you’ll learn:
• how to read a sewing pattern
• how to use a home sewing machine
• sewing and garment construction basics
• how to pick the proper fabric
• how to take body measurements
You’ll leave with a finished garment you can wear!
Cost includes:
• materials
• pattern printing
• course instruction
You’ll have a choice to either make an elastic waist skirt (beginner) or lounge pants (intermediate).
Class will be in person at my studio in Richmond, VA.
