On the call, I’ll ask questions to help me define scope and give my best estimate of the time it will take me to complete your designs.

After our conversation, I’ll send a quote and contract with timing, expenses, and usage rights. Once things look good and both parties have signed off, and deposits are paid, I’ll get started on designing.

Deposits are 50% of minimum estimated design services.

For example, a basic logo and website design are minimum of 10 hours of design time therefore the deposit would be $250.

Once deposits have been paid, I’ll begin designing.

During this time, I may reach out with further questions or seek feedback. Once I complete designs to my liking, I will send you an email with design proofs.

Once you review the designs, you will review them and let me know if there are any changes needed.

I do two rounds of revisions as part of the design time. If revisions are substantial additional charges may occur.

If any revisions are needed beyond the two rounds, additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $100/hr.

Once the revisions are finished and approved, the final invoice will be sent. Once that is completed, I’ll email the final designs in a variety of file types.
